Celebrating Creation in Photography

Have you ever had a dream, or a desire to use your gifts towards the greater good - but have no idea, or time available, to pursue? For the past several years I have had an inkling...
WHAT IF...
I could sell matted photos and have a good percentage go towards a worthy cause...such as the orphanages our family and friends are involved with? Friends have told me I should be selling prints, and oh how I would love to do that...but would it mean obtaining a seller's permit, more tax forms, all that "fun stuff" that I was glad to say good-bye to when we closed up our Oakridge Entr. business? What outlet might I use to even promote my photography? So often a photo speaks of a scripture verse, or inspires an inspirational thought or poem - should I offer inspirational imprinting as an option?
Would you like a glimpse? Check out some of my recent uploads to Flickr, and let me know if you think I should investigate this inkling further. You an also scroll to the bottom and check out the slide show.
So many questions...so little time. I admit, I have no answers. In the meantime, I will continue to donate framed photos to silent auctions of organizations we are involved with, give them as gifts...and be satisfied that somewhere someone is catching a glimpse of God's glorious creation when they look at one of my photos. May it please Him.

Your photos are fabulous! I hope you post more here on your blog to share. YES! You should look into the idea further. Good luck!
