Cancer Sucks

Spring break is over...ah yes...back to the trenches for all of us tomorrow! I had a great 4 days off. I scrapped LOTS and cannot wait to share my projects. My family took a great day trip on Friday. Many new pictures to scrap for sure! In fact, I was going to share some of my favorite break accomplishments and photos, but instead... my friend Susie just sent a request to help promote a fundraiser - and it is to fight cancer. It is just one of those things..you have to get it posted right away.

Cancer robs. It robbed DH of his dad when he was 4 - he has only one slight memory of his father, who died at age 32 of a brain tumor. My best friend has battled it - and she is a beautiful survivor, but as a co-worker during this time in her life I could see the sickness and general yuck cancer can afflict. I have seen people lose their loved ones, I see friends suffering from various forms. Cancer sucks...so when Susie asked me to post...I immediately felt the need to do so. Please check it out!
